BARRE HIIT - This high intensity interval Barre class uses a combination of exercises on the floor and at the barre to get your heart rate up as well as sculpting the body. WILL BE BACK IN APRIL
CARDIO FLOW - The first half of this class focuses on cardio utilizing the spin bikes to get the heart pumping. The second half is a vinyasa yoga flow sequence to stretch and strengthen the body.
CIRCUIT HIIT - Expect a total body workout in this circuit class! It will utilize a variety of different equipment and exercises to improve your power and endurance.
GENTLE VINYASA YOGA - This gentle Vinyasa yoga will lead you through a flow sequence to release tension in the body and increase your flexibility. This class is great for beginners but all levels will benefit from this practice.
HEARTBEAT - This 45-60 min HIIT Style full body blast class uses spin bikes with a combination of upper and lower body resistance training that will keep your heart pumping the entire time.
ROTATING STRETCH CLASS - Using the Science of Stretching to open up the body and increase flexibility. The cycles of breathing helps you to sink into the poses to deepen the stretch. A 3 week rotation, focusing on a different aspect of the body: Hips, Back and Hamstrings.
SPIN INTO SPRING - 6 weeks of spin classes starting April 11th to get you ready for biking season.
STRENGTH CIRCUIT - This circuit style class will strengthen the full body through a variety of exercises. You can choose the weight to match the level you are at and over time increase the weight as you build up your strength.
STRETCH & ROLL - This class focuses on more athletic style stretches and rolling out those tired and tight muscles that are often over worked. Without mobility and flexibility, our body becomes imbalanced and injuries are more likely.
TABATA - Tabata is high intensity intervals made up of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. They are usually done in sets of four or eight and provide an amazing workout in a short time. In addition, we get more volume then usual which further challenges the body.
TRX - This class is a full body strength workout using TRX straps and your body weight as resistance. Build a strong core, and increase muscle endurance, balance and flexibility with TRX.
YIN YANG YOGA - In this class you will first work through a flowing Yang sequence to work on strength and stamina, then progress into Yin stretches to improve flexibility and calm the mind and body.
YIN YOGA - This is a gentle yoga class that incorporates yoga poses and stretching techniques to reach the deep tissues in the body. The low lights and meditative style make it a great relaxing class!
