Whether you are brand new to weight training or have been lifting for years, there is always an opportunity to improve your knowledge & form. In a Form Fundamentals you’ll go over everything from exercise technique to proper set and rep ranges, to basic weightlifting terms.

Before any training starts we book you in for an initial consultation with a trainer. This session is designed to identify your fitness goals and assess any physical conditions that need to be considered.

Beginner - $52.50 - 2 Full Body OR Upper/Lower routines.
Intermediate - $65.00 - Upper, Lower & Full Body routines.
Advanced - $84.00 - Major Muscle Group Isolation/Split routines.
PERSONAL TRAINING (One-on-one)
From basic strength development to specific muscle isolation, personal training sessions will provide the motivation and instruction you need to reach your fitness goals. In these sessions you will be set a variety of exercises. With the trainer by your side, encouraging, supporting, and correcting your form, you will build good technique and knowledge base.

Your results are based 70% on diet and 30% on exercise. What you eat and in what portions are key to overall health & success. Meet with our trainer and take your nutrition to the next level.
Level 1- $52.50 - This program is for someone who has an idea what healthy eating means but needs further knowledge.
Level 2 - $84.00 - This program is for individuals who already have a grasp on Nutrition. We will fill in any gaps and fine tune your diet to best suit your needs. We will work with caloric and carb cycling and get into the finer details of exercise nutrition.
