FORM FUNDAMENTALS - $52.50
Whether you are brand new to weight training or have been lifting for years, there is always an opportunity to improve your knowledge & form. In a Form Fundamentals you’ll go over everything from exercise technique to proper set and rep ranges, to basic weightlifting terms.
INTRO TO WEIGHTS - $168
This introductory series consist of 6 x ½ hour sessions to get you familiar with equipment in the gym, a range of exercises and general exercise concepts. Participants must be without injury or any conditions which would require modifications. See personal training options for our customized workout options.
BODY ANALYSIS - $30 or 4 for $112
Using a specialized scale, a Personal Trainer can give you an analysis of your body composition: body fat %, muscle mass, bone mass, protein mass etc. and discuss what the results means. This is an excellent way to see what you need to work on and to track your progress over time.
PERSONAL TRAINING PRODUCTS
INITIAL CONSULTATION - $24
Before any personalized training, we book you in for an initial consultation with a trainer. This session is designed to identify your fitness goals and assess any physical conditions that need to be considered. During this session you will discuss next step in the training process.

Beginner - $72 - 2 Full Body OR Upper/Lower routines.
Intermediate - $76 - Upper, Lower & Full Body routines.
Advanced - $84 - Major Muscle Group Isolation/Split routines.

Your results are based 70% on diet and 30% on exercise. What you eat and in what portions are key to overall health & success. Meet with our trainer and take your nutrition to the next level.
Level 1- $72 - This program is for someone who has an idea what healthy eating means but needs further knowledge.
Level 2 - $84 - This program is for individuals who already have a grasp on Nutrition. We will fill in any gaps and fine tune your diet to best suit your needs. We will work with caloric and carb cycling and get into the finer details of exercise nutrition.

Full payment is required at time of booking for Form Fundamentals, Intro to Weights series, Body Analysis, Initial Consult and Meal Plan.
